The catering staff at the Black Gold Williston Lodge provided a plentiful spread of food for guests of the Williston Lodge to enjoy while watching the Super Bowl.  The Lodge’s Catering Manager, Patio Nelson, showcased his talents outside the kitchen by carving a Super Bowl ice sculpture, which can be seen in the photo complimenting the shrimp cocktail.

The General Manager of Black Gold Oilfield Services, Chris Huffman, was in Williston and at the Lodge to watch the game. When asked for his opinion of the game Chris said, “I was really pleased to be watching the Super Bowl from the Williston Lodge.  I have been on the road the last few months, and it was nice to spend the evening with  family, friends, and Lodge guests.  I was really hoping the 49’ers could pull off a victory, but I thought it was altogether a great game.”
